Please give us some words! Who are these men? When and where was this photo taken? The man who is standing has amazingly direct eye contact with the lens of the camera. I wonder what the man below him on the right is looking at. Is there a known story behind this photo?
Hi Nancy. All I know is that the standing man is my wife’s great grandfather. I don’t know the context of the picture or who the other men are. It’s a great picture! I love the expressions. And, I agree, what is the man on the right looking at?! Unfortunately, there is no one around anymore who can answer any questions about it. I also really like the hats they are wearing!
Don’t we hear that too often — there’s no one around anymore who can answer questions.
