This red Rex Jet wagon was bought from my grandfather’s hardware store in the mid 1960′s. I remember that he would have the bikes and wagons displayed up on the loft at the back of the store.
We spent many a day scooting along with one leg in the wagon and the other propelling it up and down driveways and sidewalks. It was a great sandbox or a small pool of water. We’d attached a rope to the handle and tow it with our bikes. It later years, it’s served us well as a dirt or sod transporter.
